Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 29, 2026 · Version 2.1
1. Institutional Commitment to Privacy
The Consulting Collective Group ("TCCG", "we", "us", or "our") operates as a management consulting, enterprise systems optimization, and corporate workforce transition practice. We recognize the profound sensitivity of corporate restructuring, WARN Act compliance data, separation rosters, and individual career transition records. This Privacy Policy outlines our standards for collecting, processing, safeguarding, and governing personal and institutional information across our digital platforms, diagnostic tools, client portals, and advisory engagements.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information across two distinct operational categories:
A. Corporate Sponsor & Client Data
- Institutional Contact Information: Executive names, professional titles, corporate email addresses, telephone numbers, employer organization names, and geographic facility locations.
- Restructuring & Transition Specifications: Aggregated workforce headcount ranges, WARN notice dates, planned separation timelines, departmental functions, and severance benefit parameters provided during proposal requests or scoping briefings.
- Governance & Invoicing Records: Contractual billing details, corporate purchase order data, and administrative communication logs.
B. Transition Cohort Participant Data
- Participant Enrollment Data: Full legal names, personal or preferred email addresses, career history, previous job classifications, and educational backgrounds submitted during enrollment in The Opening Move cohorts.
- Diagnostic & Transition Materials: Assessment inputs, transferable skills matrices, resume drafts, mock interview notes, and self-directed milestone progress.
- Studio Platform Telemetry: Logins, module completion percentages, clinic attendance records, and platform engagement metrics necessary for cohort facilitation and employer milestone reporting.
3. How Information Is Utilized
TCCG processes collected data strictly for legitimate business and professional advisory purposes, including:
- Designing, scheduling, and delivering tailored corporate outplacement cohorts and transition workshops.
- Generating confidential milestone and completion analytics for corporate sponsors (note: individual private job targets and proprietary personal application materials remain confidential to the participant and are never shared back with former employers).
- Conducting operational diagnostic assessments and systems workflow engineering.
- Responding to executive inquiries, delivering proposals, executing mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and coordinating scheduling.
- Fulfilling statutory compliance obligations and protecting against unlawful or unauthorized platform activity.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Protections
TCCG does not sell, rent, lease, or monetize personal or corporate data under any circumstances. Information is disclosed only to verified service providers under binding enterprise confidentiality agreements:
- Secure Cloud Infrastructure: Cloud hosting, encrypted database storage, and digital learning environments adhering to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards.
- Enterprise Communication & Calendar Scheduling: Automated calendar booking tools and secure video conferencing infrastructure.
- Legal & Regulatory Mandates: Where required by valid subpoena, court order, or applicable federal or state statute.
5. Enterprise Security & Encryption
We implement defense-in-depth physical, administrative, and technological controls to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All web transmissions utilize Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) encryption. Stored databases and confidential workforce rosters are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 protocols. Access to workforce roster data is restricted exclusively to authorized senior advisory personnel under strict need-to-know governance.
6. Retention & Data Governance
Corporate inquiry and proposal records are retained for the duration of the prospective engagement cycle plus statutory commercial limitation periods. Transition cohort participant records are maintained throughout the active program duration and for an additional 180 days to support alumni placement verification, after which individual diagnostic records are de-identified or permanently purged in accordance with our data destruction protocols.
7. Individual Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction of residence (including California, Oklahoma, and other U.S. states), you may possess statutory rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your data. To exercise these rights, submit a written inquiry to our executive office at the coordinates below.
