Quantum Belonging® vs. Conventional Culture KPIs
Stress-Test the Ah-Ha Insight

Belonging is an engineerable system — not a sentiment.

This simulator takes the Quantum Belonging® core thesis — that the six QBI dimensions (Safety, Clarity, Trust, Connection, Recognition, Alignment) drive measurable business outcomes — and stress-tests it against the culture KPIs a skeptical COO or board actually tracks: turnover, engagement, absenteeism, time-to-fill, labor cost, and rework. Every multiplier below is sourced; nothing is simulated data.

Set your org baseline

Enter the numbers a conventional culture dashboard already tracks. The simulator will recompute every KPI live as you adjust QBI scores below.

Diagnose the six QBI dimensions

Slide each dimension from current-state to target-state score (0–10), per the Quantum Belonging Index sequence: Safety → Clarity → Trust → Connection → Recognition → Alignment [cite:1]. The radar chart shows the shift; the KPI panel translates it into conventional metrics.

What the boardroom actually sees

Each KPI shift is derived from a published elasticity between belonging/psychological-safety/engagement scores and the metric, applied proportionally to your QBI score change. Track tags show whether a metric is HR-owned or Finance/Ops-owned — the thesis claims both move together.

Anchor case: Leading Statewide Philanthropic Foundation Network, January 2026

The only fully documented Quantum Belonging® engagement to date is a Clarity/Trust/Alignment intervention (DocuSign IAM Professional + ClickTime + process standardization) across 204 invoices and 17 partner organizations [cite:11].

57%
Annual labor hours cut (1,541 hrs) [cite:11]
50%
Reconciliation time reduction [cite:11]
867%
ROI, 3.9-week payback [cite:11]
$62,187
Net annual benefit realized [cite:11]

Stress points a skeptic will raise

An honest stress-test surfaces where the thesis is strongest and where it is still unproven, distinguishing established research from the framework's own claims.

Holds up well

Psychological safety and engagement elasticities on turnover, safety incidents, and productivity are independently replicated (Gallup, Edmondson) [cite:2][cite:3][cite:9]. The statewide foundation case demonstrates that fixing Clarity/Trust/Alignment specifically — not generic culture work — produced a documented, financially audited outcome [cite:11].

Still unproven

The six-dimension QBI weighting and the specific size of each KPI shift are the framework's own untested claims — only one case is currently documented, and this simulator applies published research elasticities as proxies, not measured QBI-to-KPI correlations [cite:10][cite:11].

Q.U.A.N.T.U.M. sequence this model assumes

The KPI shifts above assume the full seven-step cycle is run in order — skipping steps (e.g., jumping to Alignment fixes before Safety exists) is why the framework predicts most culture initiatives fail [cite:1].
