Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 29, 2026 · Version 2.1
1. Binding Agreement & Scope
These Terms of Use govern access to and utilization of the websites, digital platforms, educational portals, and advisory content operated by The Consulting Collective Group ("TCCG", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing this website, submitting corporate proposal inquiries, scheduling executive briefings, or enrolling in our transition cohorts, you ("User", "Client", or "Participant") acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Proprietary Intellectual Property & Registered Trademarks
All intellectual property, proprietary methodologies, frameworks, assessments, curriculum architecture, diagnostic rubrics, digital slide assets, and media published on this site or delivered during advisory engagements represent exclusive intellectual property owned by The Consulting Collective Group:
- Quantum Belonging® is a federally registered trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), owned exclusively by The Consulting Collective Group. Any unauthorized commercial use, licensing parody, derivative framing, or trademark infringement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of statutory law.
- The Opening Move — A Quantum Belonging® Studio Cohort is a proprietary service mark and operational educational architecture.
- The Q.U.A.N.T.U.M. Methodology (Question, Understand, Analyze, Navigate, Transform, Unify, Measure), belonging systems mapping, observer-effect protocols, and career move diagnostic rubrics are protected under U.S. and international copyright treaties.
No license, express or implied, is granted to reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, train machine-learning models upon, or commercially exploit any proprietary TCCG assets without an executed written corporate licensing agreement.
3. Permitted Use & Professional Engagement
Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access website content solely for internal corporate evaluation of outplacement services or authorized participant completion of transition curriculum. Users warrant that all information provided during scheduling, intake, and proposal scoping is accurate, truthful, and representative of authorized corporate capacity.
3.1 Cohort Enrollment, Access Duration & Non-Refundable Digital Policy
Enrollment in The Opening Move cohort grants digital portal access to the registered participant's specific curriculum modules, downloadable templates, and cohort strategy lab recordings during the active 6-week cohort period. All downloadable diagnostic worksheets, prompt templates, and career transition balance sheets may be retained permanently by the participant. Ongoing digital portal access, quarterly curriculum and AI prompt updates, and active alumni advisory network access are provided exclusively through an active Quantum Belonging Studio Membership.
Because enrollment grants immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, strategic frameworks, and downloadable operational assets, and because cohort capacity is strictly capped at twenty-five (25) participants to preserve individualized strategic advising, all tuition fees, deposits, and cohort purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable upon acceptance and enrollment confirmation.
4. Mutual Confidentiality & Pre-Engagement Non-Disclosure
TCCG acknowledges that prospective corporate clients frequently disclose preliminary restructuring parameters, WARN Act timelines, and workforce profile characteristics during initial scoping consultations. TCCG treats all non-public client disclosures with strict professional confidentiality. Prior to exchanging detailed workforce personnel rosters, employee separation agreements, or sensitive severance schedules, the parties shall execute a definitive mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
5. Professional Advisory Disclaimer
The content provided on this website and within The Opening Move transition curriculum is designed for strategic workforce transition, career architecture, and operational process engineering. TCCG does not provide legal representation, statutory WARN compliance certification, formal accounting advice, or guaranteed employment placement outcomes. Corporate clients are advised to consult their qualified labor counsel regarding specific statutory employment termination requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Consulting Collective Group, its founder, consultants, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to website access, informational use, or third-party service provider interruptions.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts situated in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
